Great central location, walking distance to major attractions and restaurants. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Furqan, Ugur, Kerem, Ibrahim, Mr. Cemil, Suat, and Cigdem. Clean and cozy rooms with all necessary amenities. Good breakfast with a variety of options. Attentive and responsive staff, like Taylan and Emre.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, with easy access to the train line and close proximity to all the historic sights. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options, and the rooftop terrace provides stunning views of the city and Bosphorus water.
The private transfer service offered by the hotel is quite expensive, and there are more affordable transportation options available for smaller groups.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It's super close to all the main attractions and the tram stop is just a few steps away. It made it so convenient for us to explore the city without any hassle. Another great thing about this hotel is the amazing staff. They were so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We felt so well taken care of and it made our trip more fun.
The only downside we experienced was the size of our room. It was a bit small and we wished we had booked a bigger room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the Sultanahmet district. The location was perfect, right next to the Gulhane tram stop, making it convenient for exploring all the main attractions. The hotel was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed.

We stayed here for a few nights and the location is great – right next to a tram stop perfect to visit all the main sites. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, both in reception and in the restaurant. The breakfast was decent and the room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
